2025-08-29 09:25 The “One-Bath One-Step Dyeing Process for Polyester-Cotton Fabrics,” independently developed and promoted by Shandong EVER Biotechnology Co., Ltd., won the First Prize in the Enterprise Group category at the 6th Shandong Provincial Industrial Engineering Application Case Competition (Rhine-Koster Cup).
This innovative process integrates the conventional separate procedures of polyester dyeing and cotton dyeing into a single one-bath, one-step process. As a result, the processing time can be reduced by 50%, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor requirements. Without increasing personnel or equipment, production capacity can be doubled, which greatly lowers overall operational costs, enhances market competitiveness, and creates greater profits for enterprises.
At present, all dyes and auxiliaries used in this process have successfully passed ZDHC certification.
